Shipping Policy

How long does it take to ship an order? 

Depends on the season. Typically an order can be pulled and shipped within 3 to 5 working days. But during our busier shipping season (August thru November) it could take 10 to 14 days. It’s best to contact your sales person or customer service to find out current shipping time frames. Our shipping volume increases during holiday seasons; from Halloween to Christmas months. We may have a slight delay during those particular seasons. We know and understand that getting your order out in a timely matter.

 
Do you offer "Free Freight?" 

Nidico DO NOT offer free freight. It is the customers responsibility to pay for all freight. Customers can provide their own collect/pre-paid carrier to ship. All orders will ship F.O.B. our warehouse located in Bensalem, PA 19020 near Philadelphia. Please state in the additional comment section if need shipping charges approved before your order is shipped. We will get several quotes for your shipment and notify you of the charges before shipping your order.

How much is my freight going to cost? 

There is no standard shipping cost. Depending on the size, weight and location of delivery will determine how much the freight will cost. Please state in the notes section if your shipping address is a residence or business address for the most cost-effective shipping price.

How do you ship your merchandise?

Nidico Group works with many trucking companies and will request several quotes to assure you the best possible shipping rate. For small orders under 200 lbs, we ship via FedEx Ground. All orders are carefully picked, checked, and shrink wrapped on pallets. If you have any further questions please contact our Customer Support representative. We do not own any trucks for delivery service and have no control over current freight rates. 

Do you ship internationally?

Nidico Group Inc ships products around the world. Make sure you find a reliable Freight Forwarder to move your order efficiently. We encourage that you locate a freight forwarder familiar to with shipping to your country. We can recommend a freight forwarder but we are not responsible for any services provided by them. 

Can I request a special delivery service?

Inside deliveries / Lift-Gate / or Call for appointments services can be requested at the responsibility of the customer for extra charges. We  Nidico Group Inc. will not pay and is not liable for any additional charges requested by the trucking companies for special delivery. Please make sure to  note any requests when placing the order for convenience and accurate invoicing of any extra charges on your order.

Commercial Delivery - Nidico Group works with wide range of trucking and transportation companies throughout the country so you can benefit from the best inexpensive, reliable, quickest, and safest delivery method possible. Customers may provide collect/prepaid routing to ship their order. 

Residential Delivery - We must know ahead of time if your order is shipping to a residence. Most shipping companies have a standard fee applied to all residential deliveries. Shipments with a residential destination can be subject to a fuel surcharge and additional charges may apply. 

Shortages / Damaged Items at Delivery

I received my order but have shortages/damages "What do I do?" It is the customer’s responsibility to count the boxes and note any visible damage on the Bill of Lading attached to your order while the truck driver is present. Please count the number of boxes before signing the Bill of Lading during delivery.

 

We must be notified in writing either by fax or e-mail within (72) hours after receiving your order if there is an issue. We require a detailed list of any discrepancies. We will determine if need to fulfill an replacement order or file claim with the delivery company.
